MENTOR PROGRAM

The WNYBOWS organization is committed to providing adequate instruction and guidance to all active officials.  A Mentor is defined as “a trusted counselor or guide, a tutor or coach”.  Our mentoring program will allow us to share our experience and knowledge with newer officials and extending our commitment to providing continual education and training for our officials.  This program will focus on improving performance, by building confidence, increasing knowledge and improving the skills of WNYBOWS members.

Here is the Mentor program match ups along with links to valuable documents that we should ALL take the time to print out and review from time to time. Thanks to Royce and Sue for all of their hard work!

The commitment of volunteer varsity officials to be a mentor is greatly appreciated and exemplifies the true allegiance of the WNYBOWS organization.

I lost track of the score, but it's got to be something like 18 to 0 now!
