Remember ALL Technical fouls count towards the team's total. In the event that you issue a technical foul and the technical foul is the seventh team foul, you DO NOT shoot the one-and-one.

 Assess the technical, two shots and award the ball at half court. Same situation if the technical is the team's tenth team foul. Assess the T, two shots and ball at half court.

A Team does not get penalized twice (T and 1-and-1 on seventh team foul or T and 2 on tenth team foul) in addition to the Technical.
